Excellent birding tour around Athens!
I did a one-day tour around Athens with Nikos and Antonis, who were both great company and top notch birders. We recorded nearly 70 species, in a variety of habitats, despite my visit not coinciding with the best season for birding. I certainly recommend Birding in Greece, for their friendly and professional attitude, as well as their extensive knowledge and experience as birders.
Perfect photographic tour with Chris Vlachos
Birding in Greece organized for me and my friend a photographic tour to the area of Nea Kios by Nafplio. Our guide Chris Vlachos was not only able to give us excellent photographic tips but also have found all the birds breeding this time of the year in this area. His photographic experience and his detailed knowledge about the birds is amazing!!! I do recommend Birding in Greece for everyone likes to enjoy the nature by photographing birds!!! The guiding was one of the best I have experienced in my life and therefore I thank Chris Vlachos a lot for his efforts!
A fantastic family tour for a fantastic price
Christos took us on a great tour in the center of Athens. We are a father and a son (11 years old), where the son is the avid birder and the father can't tell a pigeon from a dove. But even I was getting into it. We saw some history of Athens and alot more birds than I ever thought possible in the centre of a big city. Christos set a good pace, listened to what we were interested in (scenic sites for the papa and birds never seen before by the son) and made sure he delivered. Highly recommended.

«Ο Χρήστος Βλάχος και η εταιρεία Birding in Greece διοργάνωσε για εμένα και τον φίλο μου μια φωτογραφική εξόρμηση στη Νέα Κίου, κοντά στο Ναύπλιο. Συναντηθήκαμε στον Ισθμό, όπου ο Χρήστος μας παρέλαβε με ένα 4 x 4 SUV. «Ο Χρήστος μας πήγε μια φανταστική εξόρμηση για παρατήρηση πουλιών στο κέντρο της Αθήνας. Είμαστε ένας πατέρας και ένας γιος (11 ετών), όπου ο γιος είναι ο έμπειρος παρατηρητής και ο πατέρας δεν μπορεί να ξεχωρίσει το περιστέρι από τη δεκαοχτούρα. Παρατηρήσαμε πολλά περισσότερα πουλιά από ό, τι είχα σκεφτεί ποτέ ότι μπορεί να υπάρχουν στο κέντρο μιας μεγαλούπολης.
